This is a simple group for new people wanting to get into meditation. We will discuss brief subjects and follow a 30-40 min guided meditation. We will keep things simple, so don't be afraid to show in.
The aim of the group is to find a moment during the week to get together and dedicate 30-40 min to our self. While meditating you stop thoughts and enhance the connection with the inner you. Didn't it happened to you while walking or eating for example, you were doing something you were not conscious of? Like in automatic? Or you were completely absorbed by emotions, worries or problems? Maybe you let your self absorb completely by anger, fear?
The objective of meditation is to bring balance to your life and stop that unnecessary thoughts that doesn't let you sleep. Of course this is the first step, for the most experienced ones, meditation means an spiritual connection with all there is.
Come and join the group, even if you have no idea of what meditation is, or you are an experience practitioner, this is a moment of share and inner balance.
The Meditation session will be guided with different objectives: Balance your chakras, initiation on meditation, decision making, etc.
