This class goes into the history of meditation. It’s geared toward informing participants on the basic concepts of meditation and the positive interaction between meditation and success in everyday life. Attendees also get a chance to practice meditation through a few short 5 minute meditation sessions. While the focus is on new meditators, experienced participants may benefit from learning a new and different meditation technique.
The class is followed by a delicious vegetarian meal and refreshments. All is free of charge.
