Tibetan Buddhist Monks who tried Hemi-Sync technology meditations, said that they were able to achieve in 45 minutes what they had sought through 25 years of meditation.

Brain imaging reveals that meditating regularly switches off parts of the brain that are linked to anxiety and ADHD related disorders. Meditation supports calming of the mind to counter act and in effect re-program certain types of default responses to the stressor. Theta and Delta states of brain waves are enhanced through meditative practice.

The BENEFITS of a consistent meditative practice include:

We will be discussing meditation practices, the how to's of it, and answering questions from 6:30-7:15. From there we will do a joint meditation for 30-45 minutes with a specific focus of purpose. Group meditations are more powerful than doing them alone. The synergy of unifying people of like mind enhances pineal activity and reception to the magic of synchronicity!

I love being an Outreach Facilitator with the Monroe Institute. Having attended a number of programs at TMI, (The Monroe Institute) has shifted me in many areas of my life. So much that I was inspired to become a facilitator and spread the word! From self esteem issues to levels of trusting in my own discernment. I have battled with depression and now have transformed to feeling happiness most of the time. I have shifted from a place of not loving myself to a place where I choose to love myself and others in a more "unconditional" manner than ever.
