Tibetan Buddhist Monks who tried Hemi-Sync technology meditations, said that they were able to achieve in 45 minutes what they had sought through 25 years of meditation.

Tonight only I have a Guest Speaker in addition to the regular exercise. Although time is a force that affects ever thing in the universe and beyond, every living thing experiences it differently and separately. I have recently had some personal experiences with compressing time. The first time it happened, I took a drive to California that was supposed to be 13 hours of driving, however I made the trip in about 10 and half hours with stops. Those stops included dinner at a restaurant (about 30 minutes), three stops for gas that included breaks for snacks (about 15 to 20 minutes each). Since then, I have taken other trips with similar results.
I will lead some discussions about our personal perspective with time. We will discuss how we are linked and how to use the link to explore our personal relationship with time. I will also lead some meditations that we help us strengthen our links to the energies that connect us and help move around our time bubbles and show you how I achieved my results on my travels.

Brain imaging reveals that meditating regularly switches off parts of the brain that are linked to anxiety and ADHD related disorders. Meditation supports calming of the mind to counter act and in effect re-program certain types of default responses to the stressor. Theta and Delta states of brain waves are enhanced through meditative practice.

We will be discussing meditation practices, the how to's of it, and answering questions from 6:30-7:15. From there we will do a joint meditation for 30-45 minutes with a specific focus of purpose. Group meditations are more powerful than doing them alone. The synergy of unifying people of like mind enhances pineal activity and reception to the magic of synchronicity!

I love being an Outreach Facilitator with the Monroe Institute. Having attended a number of programs at TMI, (The Monroe Institute) has shifted me in many areas of my life. So much that I was inspired to become a facilitator and spread the word! From self esteem issues to levels of trusting in my own discernment. I have battled with depression and now have transformed to feeling happiness most of the time. I have shifted from a place of not loving myself to a place where I choose to love myself and others in a more "unconditional" manner than ever.
