Be Breathe Blossom - Learn a Simple and Effective Meditation

Session will discuss the essence of yoga and its significant benefits towards health, work efficiency and general well being. Participants will learn Isha Kriya, a simple but highly effective meditative practice. No prior experience of yoga or meditation is required. Isha Kriya benefits include enhanced clarity, improved health, heightened focus and energy, and a state of peacefulness and joy
