An unhealthy relationship with the body can lead to various problems, including eating disorders, addictions, mental and emotional pain, and a lack of self-confidence; these in turn can interfere with our ability to live a happy, healthy and productive life. Gen Chöma will share some of Buddha’s teachings on the true nature of our body and on how to care for our body from a spiritual and practical perspective.
