Active Meditation

If you have ever had difficulty sitting still and keeping your mind at peace and blank - this is the meditation group for you! Our meditations are usually active - we will be moving our bodies, helping to release all the tensions and energies locked into the body while we move from the outer world into our inner energy realms. As the body gets relaxed and the mind quiets naturally we shift to sitting or lying down, witnessing the flow of sensations, energies, and peacefullness. Each week there will be a new meditation so come with an open mind and heart as we flow into ever-expanding realms of joy and awareness!
