I have attended the Restorative Yoga and the Dynamic Mediation. The Restorative Yoga was wonderful. I hadn't done yoga in a long time and the class was perfect for me. The instructor was watchful of the students in the class to make sure that it was helpful to all participants. The Dynamic Mediation was like nothing I had ever done before. It was not the typical sit and think pretty thoughts and say "om." It was active. I moved around A LOT, vocalized A LOT, and in the end, found myself relieved of a lot of pent up frustration. This is excellent! It isn't a traditional mediation but it is effective. I would certainly recommend it to anybody who wants to get rid of problems and issues that are trapped inside their mind and body.
