Would you like to improve the quality of your cooking while decreasing your time in the kitchen and having a more enjoyable time while preparing meals? The best way to do this is to improve your knife skills with a class from a professional chef. In this class I will demonstrate the most efficient way to hold the knife that gives you more control, increases your speed and decreases the chance for cutting yourself. We also will execute several different types of cuts-such as dice, julienne and brunoise. Additionally, I will show you the best way to store and sharpen your knife. If so desired please bring you knife and I would be happy to give my opinion of the knife and sharpen it if needed. We will cook whatever we cut and enjoy a meal at the end of class.
We are emailing to see if there is an interest for this class to make an event on the Meet-2-Eat schedule.
