The featured band was adequate, and the audience was way loud. I realize the point of the evening was conversation, but I also go for the music. On a special note, I feel they were decidedly "outswung" (forgive the language abuse) by the young folks who preceded them. They were a large group (at least a dozen) kids 18 YO and younger, probably Berklee students. Not pros, of course, but definitely enroute. They were on until about 9, and took on everyone from Charlie Parker to Rodgers and Hart. Blew me away.

Not to be negative or anything, but is everyone aware of how small this spot is? Fourteen people is nearly a quarter of the seating and standing capacity. Nevertheless, it IS great music. Have a great time!
