It has definitely been a while since we last went out and went star gazing. Weather has been very unpredictable over the past couple of months. Although there has been many clear nights, they've been at the end of raining and cloudy days, incredibly difficult to pick.
So, this Saturday, it is looking like we're actually going to have a clear night. There is less than a quarter of a moon, so the skies will be pretty dark.
What we are going to be doing is pretty straight forward, star gazing. We'll be having a look at the moon, I means it's huge and it's there!
There are star clusters of various types, nebulae and so much more. On a more important note, we'll also see Saturn and it's moons. We'll see Mars. Planets are awesome.
As usual, there is a $10 fee for adults, kids free. Hope to see you along :)
