We teach meditation, qigong, Buddhist philosophy, Daoist practices, Chinese tea culture, and other traditional Eastern health techniques, all with an emphasis on cultivating mindfulness, reducing stress and greatly improving general quality of life. Our classes are designed to help find contentment, balance, and to promote mental and physical well-being. The teachings originate from a Taiwanese master. Shang Longrik Gyatso Rinpoche has received teachings from some of the greatest Buddhist and Daoist masters of the 20th century, and teaches in his homeland of Taiwan, where he is considered a spiritual giant.
