Enjoy a great night of Australian and international shorts + VJ sets

Final Cut is a popular new short film screening night for Melbourne. In addition to a great selection of quality Aussie/international shorts, this FREE event also has innovative sets from Melbourne's top VJs to keep you entertained.

The venue is ideal for watching films, with its purpose-built screen, quality PA and projection system, excellent bar food and beer selection, plus lots of comfy seating. Doors open 6.30pm for early-bird drinks and food - showtime is 7pm.

Sounds a great night! But... Maybe I am showing my age....or ignorance... But what is a VJ?

I couldn't figure it out the first time I heard it either: it's Video (as opposed to Disc) Jockey. But you'll have worked that out by now.

I was really looking forward to this and had lined up a guet as well -- work deadline's changed and now I have to miss it. Hoping to make the very next one, though. Sorry.

Looks like a very interesting group. Next Tuesday will be my first ever 'meetup' group of any kind. Will be nice to meet some other film lovers.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
