Estimating about 25% of meetup'rs (60?-80?) with wharf membership to come. There's rsvp questions which (experience shows) some ppl don't answer - already happened this time. Will ask ppl who don't answer rsvp question to re rsvp. There are problems when there's waiting list & they have to re rsvp to answer the questions(u were made event host, so didn't see questions). Being pedantic due to incident i discussed. We are good for large numbers boxing day members party. Only if all good this time!

I would rather put a higher rsvp limit to start with, than put less of limit then increase it close to day of event. People often don't get enough notification time if it's full, then are moved from waiting list less than 24 hrs b4. The wharf is ok with 20 - why i put 25

Hi Chris, as u probably noticed, u've been given event organiser status. I can't host the next few Wharf or Watermark ones. If u do, all you need to do is find a previous similar meetup, go to the top, click copy & put in new date (& modify description/details if they need to be). Or msg or txt me if u can't find previous similar event.
