Over the last few years we have seen the proliferation of social networking services for enterprises. How prepared are you to engage with your organisation to move it towards being a Social Enterprise? This session will collaboratively explore the elements of a social enterprise and the role of the enterprise community (knowledge) manager.

Join in the online discussion about social networking and social enterprises on the Melbourne KMLF LinkedIn Discussion Group.

Agenda

  • 6:00 - 6:30 networking over drinks and nibbles
  • 6:30 - 7:40 exploration of the topic using a conversation cafe
  • 7:40 - 8:00 wrap up and informal conversations
  • Dinner for interested parties

Thank you Nicki. I thoroughly enjoyed last night's interactive session. I left feeling a lot more self-aware of who I need to be and inspired on what I need to do, to be an effective Community/Knowledge Manager

Thank you for accepting my request to join the group. I introduced Yammer to my company 2 years ago and managed it. Not sure it has been very successful though... I still have a huge interest for enterprise social media platforms. I look forward to meeting you all tomorrow.

Hope you have a great time away. Can we expect more photos to be collected and shown in a future presentation? :-)

We are looking at integrating Yammer in to MS NAV and MS CRM. This is a timely event for us.

This will be my first event in the group. I had attended some excellent discussions a few years ago. Looking forward to it.

I would love to attend, but won't be able to. Will it be recorded perhaps?

    May 16, 2013

    • Helen P.

Hi Stephan. No plans to record it at the moment. I might be able to swing an audio recording, except there will be a lot of small group conversations that won't get captured ...
