The story of a new way using old knowledge to improve business performance.

This location is shown only to members

with Tibor Novak, Awareness Improvement

There are an endless number of already existing and a stream of continually emerging organizational management and leadership development methods, theories and practices that aim to improve efficiency and performance.

But this program recognises and will improve the most important building block of your organization, the individuals in it.

The quality and capability of the organization is the sum of the quality and capability of the individuals who work in it.

Improved team-work and cooperation within the organisation through the understanding and incorporation of common and existing motives, drives, constraints and abilities offered by a newly developed trust and acceptance of the individual's own human nature.

In this environment of trust and acceptance the individual will feel safe, supported and free to explore new ways of doing things and release the power of innovation for the benefit of the organisation.

This session will be based on a presentation of the structure, development and workings of the main theme/idea. The speaker will prompt a conversation and pose and answer questions to and from the audience.

  • Psychology (the study of human behaviour) is gaining increasing acceptance amongst business process improvements instruments
  • Increasing cognition of psychological facts is leading towards acceptance of the existence and role of the Ego (as a psychological function)
  • Emotional Intelligence is an accepted feature of performance improvement efforts
  • Self knowledge and self development is a recognised starting point to performance improvement

Participating in this event will enable you to:

  • Gain new and/or confirm existing knowledge of the Ego, its role, function and possible ways to work with it

  • The structure and correlations between emotions, thoughts and re-actions
