A Perfect Storm: Games, Collaboration and KM

  • Feb 27, 2013 · 6:00 PM
  • This location is shown only to members

Learn how games, when combined with technology, collaboration and crowdsourcing, are achieving break-through results in science, healthcare, government and business (where traditional KM has not done so well). And of course we'll play! We'll make a paper prototype game out of one of your projects.

PS. Marigo is also setting up a competition and leaderboard to gamify this session. Not unexpected, right?

About Marigo:
Marigo is a management consultant specialising in innovation using gamification, systems thinking and experience design. She is also co-founder of Games for Change Australia-New Zealand, advisor to several technology start-ups and is researching her PhD in enterprise gamificaton at RMIT.

Really enjoyed this session. Have been having all sorts of ideas about how it could be used in education.

Another great session! It started to make me think about the connection between games and crowdsourcing. Crowdsourcing is powerful but difficult to get it right. May be gamification is a key to open that door.

Sorry I missed it. I couldn't make it because I was not feeling well at the end of the day and didn't have a chance to update my RSVP. It sounds like a great meeting.
