How do you feel a lack of knowledge management impacts the organisation?

A lack of KM affects productivity (efficiency and effectiveness), the ability to innovate and grow and employee enagement.

What constitutes good Knowledge Management practice in your eyes?

A committment to growing your KM maturity. Start where you can, and keep working at it. Too often I see a short term focus. KM is for the long haul.

What is your Twitter ID if you have one?

Information Manager, Telstra Service Operations, Telstra. Interested in Knowledge Management, Intranets, Usability & Design.
