Organisations stand still. They may appear to be making progress, through living off the laurels of their past. This can be cyclic and even the greatest of organisations have fallen prey to themselves.
Understanding the gap of where the organisation is and where it wants to be. This is a people and culture question. Good practice is the awareness of what the organisation is capable of delivering; this forms the foundation of your strategy.
Thanks to those who introduced me to the KMLF just over a year ago. It's been inspirational. With a background in IT and Psychology, I am interested in helping people perform more effectively through enhancing collaboration and communication.
I only wish I'd found about this group earlier.
