Introduction
I am the Principal of Creative Cognicion which aims to encourage and facilitate creative thinking and innovation with organisations and individuals and assist them to improve the way people manage, work, relate and lead in organisations.
How do you feel a lack of knowledge management impacts the organisation?
The risk is that the organisation enters a state of entropy or understand everything in the simple domain which can then lead to a slip into chaos or the demise of an organisation
What constitutes good Knowledge Management practice in your eyes?
Having and creating the right conditions for people to share, question, take risks and learn in order to shape new thinking and actions
