Like stuck in 2nd gear. Less a problem in a traffic jam but becomes a real problem when the organisation is in the highway.
I also want the answer to this question but I think practical KM should target business problems and allow better decision making in coroprate environment.
Have great interest in KM and currently work as a KM project manager in a white good company. Have a strong IT background but consider myself new to the KM field. Want to see how the emergence of social computing can bring KM to the next level.
