How do you feel a lack of knowledge management impacts the organisation?

Lack of effective KM denies the organization the opportunity synchronize priorities. It denies itself the ability to maximize the value of it's people. Of course, managing the knowledge still doesn't guarantee learning at the individual, collective and organisational levels but its a key enabler.

What constitutes good Knowledge Management practice in your eyes?

Iterative harvesting, analysis and integration of valid learnings. Devising mechanisms to ensure the desired behaviours are achieved (= lessons learned).

What is your Twitter ID if you have one?
