Poor knowledge base creates poor decisions and reduces engagement, which directly diminish performance and trusted relationships.

The thing I love about KMLF is its as much a part of me as I am of it. We are a true community with a specific identity that combines the best of us all - a family even (as Stu French once said). We come together because we want to interact with each other and because we know we get value from these interactions.
