How do you feel a lack of knowledge management impacts the organisation?

In effectiveness, performance, decision making ability as well as loss of IP, minimal value creation, innovation and entrepreneurial achievements. So many stats out there to support this e.g. Broken information flow suppresses performance by 28%, one third of internal searches for information are unsuccessful yet people spend on average 2 hours searching for information

What constitutes good Knowledge Management practice in your eyes?

Consideration has been given to defining all information sources, audiences and use including continual integration of new learnings, thoughts and ideas into the mix.

What is your Twitter ID if you have one?
