My organisation has a policy of rotating staff, but knowledge management is not even on their radar. I see people impacted at an individual level all the time being thrust into positions where they have to sink or swim and the stress this creates. At an organisational level, the organisation is constantly relearning the same old stuff instead of progressing and maturing.
This is exactly the question I want to learn more about.
I have a diverse background - science, quality management, innovation, facilitation, but essentially I am all about trying to create work environments that are better for people and enable them to do their best work.
