Have seen it over and over--lack of corporate memory, left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing, and history repeating itself.
I'm more concerned about the major principle: all staff having easy access to what they need to know, when they need to know it.
I've moved in and out of KM over time, most recently teaching an online course on Leadership in the Knowledge Society at University of Canberra. Am now working on developing a health and well being program for women, but still interested in KM.
