How do you feel a lack of knowledge management impacts the organisation?

Program and Project Delivery suffers where collaboration is hindered by a lack of shared expertise, information, practices and commitment to team development and stakeholder engagement through knowledge management practices. Optimum productivity and performance (individual and team) cannot be achieved without awareness and commitment to the practice of knowledge management by all stakeholders (including team members) associated with major delivery programs and projects.

What constitutes good Knowledge Management practice in your eyes?

Commitment to collaboration within and between discipline areas enabling program and project delivery practices to be shared and propagated widely across programs and projects. Collaboration must be supported by availability and sharing of information and experience.
