How do you feel a lack of knowledge management impacts the organisation?

An organisation without knowledge lacks of wisdom. It is like a child who has to learn from scratch of the dos and don’t in life. Knowledge management is the essence of how we work in an organisation, what we have achieved or aiming to achieve and the progress we have or have not made along the way.

What constitutes good Knowledge Management practice in your eyes?

Good knowledge management is about bringing all the information elements together in pool that then allows the synthesis to take place and shape. It is resourceful in some way and provides a backbone from where to now.
