Run No.15

Step up for the magical mystery run. If you have not been before, don't be shy, just come along. Find out about the world wide HHH culture. We will be in the downstairs bar. We can leave stuff in the upstairs room, and have a drink their after the run. Some of us go for a meal after that.

We run for about an hour, but there are breaks. The trail is cunningly designed with loops and pauses, so that the fast runners do more work, and the slower ones can catch up. So we runs as a group. That is the advantage of HHH running. So I would say, don't worry too much about staying sober the night before, buts save some of your thirst for after the run.
