Join us for a get together and dinner. Bring food to share for dinner. Bring a plate of raw, (preferably organic food please) vegan food to share per person (or a large plate between 2) and your own plates, cups and cutlery. Raw, vegan food does not contain any animal, fish or diary products and is not cooked. Please remember that some members are on a very clean raw vegan organic diet. Any foods with chemicals and pesticides can be a health threat to anyone whose digestion is not accustomed to conventional foods with pesticides and chemical additives. There are also people with food allegeries. In light of this if we could please bring your recipe along for the dish you have made to share with the group. These can either be placed by your dish and then I will collect them to post on the meet-up site to share with members. We all like news ideas/recipes and this will enable people with allergies to check the ingredients of a dish. Also please indicate whether food is organic or conventional. Thank you for your co-operation. it would actually help me a lot if people would email the recipes to me, so then all I need to do is copy and paste the recipes on the meet-up site. The food brought can be as simple as some fresh fruit or veggies chopped up.
