Melting Pot MomsTM is a national organization bringing together families of different ethnicities and cultures, in an effort to create a diverse and nurturing environment for our children, while promoting multiculturalism in our communities. Meet other moms in your local area who are living a Multi-Cultural lifestyle. Discuss the joy and complexities of being a multicultural family. It's through diversity that we gain cultural understanding, personal growth and mutual respect for one another. We can explore other cultures, while making new friends. We are a group of moms from all different backgrounds/ethnicities! If you love diversity and learning about different cultures, we hope you will join us. Many of our families are multicultural/multiracial. We are a very active group, and have events every week. Join us for play dates, family days, cultural celebrations, holiday celebrations, educational seminars and more. Our moms are both SAHM's and working moms, so we have events for everyone. Please read the following group rules before requesting to join:

1. You must pay your membership dues of $6.00 every year on April 1st (if you join after April 1st, you should pay within two months of joining). You can pay in person at a play date/event or mail a personal check to the Organizer ( address will be provided after joining). 

2.  In an effort to keep the group from becoming too impersonal, we ask that each member attend at least one play date or event every two months.  If a member has not attended a play date/event within that time frame, that member will be removed from the group.  If at any given time you cannot attend at least one play date/event every two months, you must provide the Organizer or Co-Organizer with a reason why you cannot attend or you will be removed from the group. 

3.  For the safety of our children and families, you must post a picture of yourself on your profile page when requesting to join the group, and you must answer the profile questions when requesting to join the group.  This will allow our members to start to get to know you. 

*note: Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in denial of approval to join the group or may result in removal of the group and forfeiture of any dues paid.
