This a great time to get some exercise and meet new people who enjoy to be outdoors and are healthy active or on there way to being healthy active. We have 2 groups that workout.
Transformers: Someone that is fairly new to working out or hasn't in a while and needs to take things at a slower pace and modified workouts.
Unstoppables: Someone that has been working out for a while and wants to be pushed to do more and go further.
Bring water and a towel to wipe the sweat. If you have a yoga mat please bring that too. We have extra but don't always have it for our large groups (40+ people). You can reach me at[masked] if you need directions or have questions. Look forward to meeting you and getting fit. :-)
