Let's Meet Up for a Tabata Tuesday workout!

Join our fun group for a warm up followed by a quick, intense, and effective 20 minute session of Tabata-style workout and a gentle cool-down. Tabata workouts are intervals of 20 seconds all-out effort followed by 10 seconds of rest.   It's only 30 minutes, but trust us this workout will make you  sweat, burn, and will deliver fast results!

    Eric, oh no! I don't know how we didn't see each other. I showed up at 15 minutes before and it was a smaller group this time bc of the threatening rain, but there were 4 of us gathered with our mats and all right at the culdisac at the south end of that middle parking lot (across from River Set apartments). I wonder how we missed you???
