Let's Meet Up for a Tabata Tuesday workout!

Join our fun group for a warm up followed by a quick, intense, and effective 20 minute session of Tabata-style workout and a gentle cool-down. Tabata workouts are intervals of 20 seconds all-out effort followed by 10 seconds of rest.   It's only 30 minutes, but trust us this workout will make you  sweat, burn, and will deliver fast results!  Pay-what-you-can

    Welcome new members! As long as it's not raining we'll meet at 7pm on the south side of the parking lot. If you don't see us past the culdisac in the grass look down the hill where we will be seeking out some shade.

    Tonight will be a little different - bring 5-10 lb weights and a jump rope if you have them plus your yoga mat. If not I have a couple extras.
