Introduction
I started this Meetup group because I believe investors that are considering buying real estate in Memphis, Tennessee are looking for true information, real answers, data, and information that will make them successful.
What is your real estate investing experience?
I've invested in real estate for 7 years, both locally in Memphis and internationally.
What do you hope to gain by joining this Meetup?
I hope to gain some insight, make relationships, and build a platform to facilitate networking.
What don't you like about other Memphis real estate investing groups?
I particularly think that there is too much selling at other groups.
Would you be interested in organizing and/or promoting Meetups with this group?
Yes, absolutely.
What would you like to see from this group?
I would like to see this group grow by having the right people. The big numbers of other local real estate organizations don't necessarily mean there is a true value at the groups. The content is important.
Additional Information
"We are going to have several investors from various parts of the country. Additionally we tentatively have another Meetup set for December. Lots of things happening!"
