What we’re about
Welcome to the Memphis Movie Meetup Group! We love movies and love having new members! We try to get together once a month (although sometimes it is more often). We do a meet and greet before and after each screening, so see the individual meetup for more info. Sometimes, we go out to enjoy dinner afterwards and discuss movies and many other topics.
We only have a few "rules" in this group:
- We require you attend at least one meetup a year (but, we'd certainly like to see you more than that!).
We do require that you use your real first name and post a recent, appropriate picture of yourself in your profile to make it easier to find you at events.
If you sign up for a meetup and cannot attend (that's cool, we understand) please be courteous and leave a message in the comments so we know you won't be there.
You can set group emails to digest (we try to not send out too many!), but if you set it to no mail, you will be removed from the group. We want an involved, close knit community of movie lovers and that can't happen if you aren't receiving our emails.
Final rule is come out, meet others, and enjoy the movie!
