FROG WATCH USA - learn frog calls/vocalizations and become citizen scientist

Come celebrate World Water Day and National Wildlife Week by joining us for a FrogWatch USA workshop!

FrogWatch USA trains citizen scientists in how to identify the calls of local frog species and to contribute information to a national database.  Frogs, like all amphibians, are interesting, vulnerable and beautiful creatures and important indicators of environmental conditions and water quality..

This workshop is provided at no cost and co-sponsored by Wolf River Conservancy and Memphis Botanic Garden.

We will be scheduling some field trips in the future to 'LISTEN TO THE FROGS"...

9:00 AM - 3:00 PM??? Is there not a more specific (perhaps shorter) time that is planned to meet? Surely, this is not a 6 hr training on frog calls.
