The story is all too common. As we men get a little older, we start seeing some unwelcome changes. We get that little (sometimes not so little) paunch that seems to have come from nowhere. Those tight muscles start to loosen up a little bit. You might even have less interest in ‘gettin’ busy,’ if you know what I’m saying. These are just the annoyances – then there are the more serious issues like hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease.
The conventional wisdom says one variation on “Oh well, that’s just what happens when you get older” or the other. Well, this meetup is all about bucking that trend. We are convinced that it is possible to regain optimal health and keep it for a very long time. We will explore the approaches and techniques of those on the leading edge of dietary, supplement and lifestyle changes that promise to revolutionize the way we maintain our health.
While this meetup will be focused on Men’s health, all are welcome. We promise to give it a lot of variety, keep it fun, light and active.
