What is Mental Health?

Please Read First

We will try to make each literacy event flow from one to the next. Future events will build off of past events, and we will keep a concise record of each to keep everyone up-to-date (including anyone who joins the group later). We want this process to be as open and collaborative as possible, so please don’t hesitate to suggest ideas for improvement.

Description of this Event

Although Mental Health 2.0 has a tech swing, the purpose of this event will be to provide a base of what mental health is in order to spark ideas for improvement. We will do this by learning to understand ourselves and the larger social/medical systems.

We encourage you to reflect on the questions and TED videos below before the event! We will likely add more information to this section before the event, so check back every once in a while.
