What do you hope to get from this meetup?

I'm interested in meeting other people who are working on improving mental health with technology. I'm particularly interested in how self tracking apps (for mood, sleep, exercise etc.) could be used in this domain.

Why do you want to join this meetup?

I'm hoping to meet others in this area in order to start collaborations or just contribute to the conversation.

Any suggestions for specific topics to discuss?

I'm particularly interested in self tracking apps, like mood trackers, and how those could be useful for mental health.


I'm a neuroscience PhD student at Berkeley studying sleep and reward processing.
