This meetup provides events that encourage us all to live more aware! Pay attention to what makes us happy and be present in the moment. We love to connect with nature, the arts, culture, and practice compassion and gratitude every day. It can be as simple as: joining us for a walk or hike; turning a daily routine of eating into a mindful moment of sharing it with new friends; being creative by learning a new skill; seeking out new experiences through traveling and learning about different cultures.
