Introduction

I'm a Pittsburgh native who recently moved to the Ambler area. I have a love for traditional foods (especially fermented foods) and I hope to help others less privileged than I to share in the wealth that our home planet has to offer.

If this is your first NVC class, it?s free. Otherwise I do charge: $10 for the intro classes, $15 for the current class, and $20 for the Advanced class coming in March (these are the costs if you pay in advance for all 4 sessions in each section). I get $200/session to teach couples these skills, so it?s quite a deal, and people report amazing changes in their lives almost immediately. Hi Jared,

Yes, I def agree about high sat fat. I'm assuming that you're referring to the little "Paleo Pyramid" graphic? I had MANY reservations about putting that up. In the end, it really came down to the fact that it looked good. I'm a graphic designer, so shame on me for not whipping up a quickie, though :-)

Welcome to our group. Check in periodically for planned events, no less than one monthly potluck. Look for a scheduled potluck in March. We've got two community gardening projects going in the Northwest, and volunteers are welcome.
