Intermediate level runner who is training for a marathon. For now my long distance runs are a bit slow 9:45 to 10:00/ mile
For long distances, I am training at 9:45 to 10:00/ mile. For shorter runs, I typically hover around 8:00 to 9:00/ mile.
I am training for the 2011 NYC Marathon in November. Between now and the race -- I may be doing some shorter distances up to 1/2 Marys.
Don't really have a favorite route in Boston -- I like to change up the route often so that I don't get stuck in a particular route rut. I like to run my shorter routes in the morning and my longer weekend runs later in the afternoon -- depending on how hot is supposed to be that day.
