i was a regular runner throughout my 20s and early 30s. right now im trying to get back into running and build up endurance.
definitely slow paced, right now running on a track for 1.5 miles.

hi everyone -- im a mother of three working up my resolve to shed some pounds and meet some cool folk. have not run regularly in quite a few years, but i'm determined to change that.
