GONG, BREATHE, CHANT & MEDITATE

With Lisa Gniady

Freedom-"An Inner Journey"

Connecting with our breath, we tap into our power. Through the breath we energize, through the breath we calm, and in between the breath is that space of stillness, peace and freedom.

When we chant, we connect to our voice. It is that pure expression that represents you. Have you ever truly listened to your voice? Can you hear the magic in the subtleties and the nuances of your chant? When you merge your sound with the sound of others you can shift the vibration of both you and the group.

When you become still, and accept the sound waves of the Gong wrapping around and penetrating through you, you can release and merge into that space of infinity.

o STILLNESS IS THE ULTIMATE SPACE OF FREEDOM

o LEAVE FEELING ALIVE, RELAXED AND RENEWED

Lisa Gniady is a former Wall Street Trader turned Yoga Instructor. While her outward journey has taken her from New York to Chicago, her inward journey has taken her from Vinyasa Yoga to Kundalini Yoga. After practicing Vinyasa Yoga for over 20 years, she found the essence of her practice in Kundalini Yoga. She has been sharing this transformation, her love and passion of Kundalini Yoga combined with the mesmerizing healing sounds of her Paiste symphonic gong in the Chicagoland area. She has presented at Bhakti Fest in Madison Wisconsin and the Iowa City Yoga Festival. To learn more : www.YogaGong4Life.com.
