Special segment added this month from 1:30 to 2:00 PM: How to use the Apple iPad to become more productive.

This MeetUp is intended to provide agents with information to add to listing and buyer presentations, to help with price negotiation and adjustment conversations and to overcome objections using clear and concise reasoning.

The 2  hour monthly session has (3) segments:

a. An audio visual presentation by Steve Harney, a nationally recognized real estate data specialist who brings data to life with a common sense approach.

b. A roundtable to discuss the information in the presentation. These conversations are lively and usually include actual situations agents have faced and how the information provided in these sessions would have helped sell a home.

c. Last month's special presentation was for (3) CE Credits on Short Sales presented by the Dickason Law Group, a pioneer in short sale negotiations.  By request of many who participated and those who could not attend this month's topic will again be Short Sales with an emphasis on the negotiation process.  It will not be for CE Credit but will certainly be of value.

Our presentations are attended by one or more agents from ERA , Maximum One, Better Home & Gardens, Coldwell Banker, Prudential Georgia, Better Homes, MaxSell, Heritage and Keller Williams.

Meet agents from all around the Metro area and with a different focus from your own - forge new relationships to build your referral business and new friends too.

We start and end the Lunch N Learn on time.
