This MeetUp is intended to provide agents with information to add to listing and buyer presentations, to help with price negotiation and adjustment conversations and to overcome objections using clear and concise reasoning.
The 2 hour monthly session has (3) segments:
a. An audio visual presentation by Steve Harney, a nationally recognized real estate data specialist who brings data to life with a common sense approach.
b. A roundtable to discuss the information in the presentation. These conversations are lively and usually include actual situations agents have faced and how the information provided in these sessions would have helped sell a home.
c. How to purchase a home with a HECM mortgage presented by Jim Losito.
Our presentations are attended by one or more agents from ERA , Maximum One, Better Home & Gardens, Coldwell Banker, Prudential Georgia, Better Homes, MaxSell, Heritage and Keller Williams and others.
