You’ll be able to overcome objections using clear and concise reasoning.
b. A roundtable of 15-20 minutes to discuss the information in the presentation with other agents. These conversations are lively and usually include actual situations agents have faced and how the information provided in these sessions would have helped sell a home.
c. A guest speaker providing information that’s relevant to everyday issues gives information in a 15-20 minute segment. Information recently covered by Closing Attorneys included the Fair Housing Act and Short Sale issues.
Upcoming – Short Sale Financing Contingencies and Foreclosures. A discussion period follows this segment. Meet agents from all around the Metro area and with a different focus from your own - forge new relationships to build your referral business and new friends too.
