The sacred river Yamuna in India is in a dire state. 500,000 people will gather in Vrindavan on March 1st and begin a walk to New Delhi to raise awareness of her polluted condition and to call for Clean Water to be returned to her. Throughout the world kirtans will be held, in Temples, in houses, on the streets, in support of this effort. Our international voices echoing the call for Clean Water can make a difference, on so many levels…from the Global all the way to the core of our hearts.
Please join us (ISKCON DC) on Friday night, March 1st, for this important Global Kirtan. Dinner at 6.30pm, Kirtan at 7.30pm.
