CRES Monthly Meeting-Electric Vehicle Revolution

Learn about what's being done to prepare for the coming electric vehicle revolution--Project FEVER (Fostering Electric Vehicle Expansion in the Rockies) and Electric Avenue!

Project FEVER is a collaborative approach to successfully prepare the state of Colorado for electric vehicle (EV) and electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) readiness and implementation. The project includes a consortium of partners from industry working to mitigate the barriers to EV/EVSE implementation. The project team will develop an EV readiness plan to raise awareness of EVs in Colorado (www.ElectricRideColorado.com)
Electric Avenue is CRES' electric vehicle showcase event, planned for May 16-17 in conjunction with the World Renewable Energy Forum.
Come at 6 p.m. for: a tour of Geotech's facilities and to see EVs on display!

Speakers:

NATALIA Swalnick: As the Director of Environmental Health for the American Lung Association in Colorado, Natalia oversees programs and advocacy designed to reduce air pollution and positively impact lung health. She also serves as the Director of the Denver Metro Clean Cities coalition. Natalia earned a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Colorado, Denver.

SABRINA Williams: Sabrina has nearly a decade of professional experience pertaining to air quality and energy initiatives. As a project manager she has successfully executed over $1 million in federally funded grants. Previously, Sabrina chaired Denver’s Green Fleets Program, recognized as the second most sustainable public fleet in the U.S. Sabrina has degrees in Applied Mathematics and Environmental Engineering from Columbia University.

At 6 p.m., tour the Geotech Environmental facilities and see electric vehicles on display. Meeting begins at 7 p.m.

Non-members pay $5; CRES members FREE.
